Run to the gym and then a session the treadmill. First off 30 minute fartlek session (level 10) and then a 9 minute hill climb (level 10). Went to the gym because I drove in thinking it was the Bamford fell race (which is next week) - doh.

Run on the treadmill then to work.

Went to see Benfolds at the Carling Academy (still had the sticky floors of the Roxy). Great gig and good fun - took the tickets off Al and Jamie at the last minute. Clare described Benfolds as "the face of Hargreaves with the fingers of Craney" now if that is not a tagline for a poster I don't know what is!
