Easy run to track with Matt and then a WD with Matt, MikeS and Fatrat.
Running 15:00 [5]
Track session - 4 x 300, 4 x 250 then 4 x 300. Felt tired by the end of the session. HR was up in the morning and I didn't want to push it too hard. Martin Broadhead and Sprotty jnr were going well.
It was good to see so many familiar faces at the track.
