9.40am: Started our at Aim Academy and cycled with Carol out to Port Providence Trail end and back. 86 degF and 75% humidity. Got lucky that it didn’t rain on us.

6.30 am: 75 degF and 85% humidity. Partly cloudy. Cycled out west river drive to Falls bridge and back to skateboard park and then back out west river drive and the loop on Kelly. Things blocked off at Lloyd hall so had to go to Pennsylvania ave and down 22nd street to get back on path to trail end at south street and back home. A good ride.
