9.30am: Savored the moment of Pi Day at 3.14.15-9.26.58 then went for a wet slog along the river, train tracks closed so had to back track. I think I am possibly the most unfit I have been in about 5 years. A real plod along the river. Now the cold weather is hopefully past for this winter, time to get out running more often.

DVOA Event: Four Mile Cicle, NJ - Green
First event of the season. Hard work with all the snow and the recent weather has meant very little running. Ran bits and walked a lot, but after the first few controls where the paths were obvious routes, I opted for using the good course as a chance to freshen up some basic skills especially compass work.
Great to finally have weather above 40degF
