5.05am: Only time to go running in this hot and humid weather. It was 72 degF and already pretty humid. 9.18, 8.24, 8.23, (0.45 waterstop), 8.21. Glad to be out running.

1.00pm: Fun run on the trails in the Wissahickon with Alison. I definitely needed both the run and some hills&trails. Fun to show Alison a couple of new trails. Hot in the sun and the last part along Forbidden Drive, but not too humid thank goodness.

Definitely tired and need to drink plenty of water. An early night is in order to catch up more sleep.
