Orienteering race 36:00 [5] 6.5 km (5:32 / km)

Smashed the first 11 controls (2nd place at that point) then blew up somewhat. Great course/map from the Speakes.

Running warm up/down 35:00 [1] 4.5 km (7:47 / km)

Orienteering race 15:00 [5] 4.0 km (3:45 / km) +50m 3:32 / km

Sprint Qualifier (3rd). Generally clean -happy with that -the old man still got it! I would like to say that I just cruised round, but that would be a lie. Then got significant stress over lunch from zw! ;o)

Sprint Final. At least i was in it to win it. Took some duff route choices as i wasn't planning ahead. Abit stressed out. Great win for Chris!

Warm up/down for each race and back to car into york for train!

Very easy run -legs tired and feet abit sore.

Short one before work. lovely morning.

Steady round rivelin with the headtorch.

Running hills 50:00 [3] 9.2 km (5:26 / km) +300m 4:40 / km

Lunch run up porter. up and down either side quite a number of times. right calf tight by the end but took it easy.
