Long run from home down through Hughes and then back around the ridges on fairly flat trails. Felt generally good except for being really bloated with a massive chicken and bacon burger and being forced to stop and retch a few times. Nice day though.

Run to work the nice way via Farrer, Isaacs and Red Hill. As is always the case this time of day, felt pretty achy, although cardiovascularly the run was ok.

Same run (pretty much) as yesterday, but with Sam for company this time. We'd be trying to arrange a run since my Hannel's attempt mid-Feb but work and life kept getting in the way.
