Wet and heavy snow this morning (after a week of light and fluffy snow) so worth logging again.

Pavement run to get myself and Milo some exercise before a day of ED call.

Long steady ski with Stuart - he joined me for the first 1.5 hours then I continued solo for a bit more. Felt OK though easy pace. My hip does start bugging me even skate skiing... not the fastest conditions.

Downhill Skiing (Blaze) 30:00 [1]

A couple hours at the ski hill with Stuart. It was surprisingly cold so we didn't stay out too long. The conditions were not great either with low density snow over frozen hard snow.
5 PM

Skate ski 50:00 intensity: (35:00 @2) + (15:00 @4) 10.0 km (5:00 / km) +200m 4:33 / km

Masters nordic with Courtney. I did a couple km warm up with Milo. Main set was three threshold intervals on Fishhook. The trails were covered with 10 cm of light snow which made for hard work.

Solo nordic ski (with Milo). Did the dog loop on waxable skis but scraped some wax off after snow plowing down two hills (cold abrasive snow) so switched to skin skis for the rest.
