Paddle 1:42:00 [2] 17.5 km (10.3 kph)

One way paddle down to the Cartier trailhead where Courtney had left the truck. A couple extra upstream sections thrown in for good measure. Quite the headwind once I got past Begbie Falls. Hardest part was bushwhacking with the boat up to the road.

Bike 2:15:00 [3] 30.0 km (13.3 kph) +700m

Great ride with Sean in Golden on the Moonraker trails. Such good trails for just getting out and doing a steady ride. Rode almost all the older trails - need to get back at some point and ride the new trails. Sad to see that a powerline right of way is being cleared along the bench and it goes over Canyon Creek. They did a reasonable job with it as it is hard to see from the usual viewpoints. At some point there will be powerlines going across this picture though.

Bike 1:10:00 [2] +330m

Easy ride at MacPherson with Courtney and Julia. Trails are drying out nicely. Fun ride.

Paddle 1:15:00 [3] 12.0 km (9.6 kph)

Paddle on Arrow Lake from near the Cartier trailhead. Very nice night for a paddle.

Bike tempo 1:55:00 intensity: (50:00 @2) + (1:05:00 @4) 25.0 km (13.0 kph) +770m

At MacPherson testing a couple loops for the xc race next week. Two 30 minish tempo sections on Buff Enough, Berm Donor and Dusty Beaver. Actually felt pretty good once I got going.

Bike 1:45:00 [2] 41.0 km (23.4 kph) +800m

Out for a road ride with Julia. Went up the parkway - snow stopped us just before Snow Forest. Finished with an out and back to the top of the dam. Legs a little tired but felt better after a warm up.
