Note

How do you spell oedema? That's apparently why you can push your thumb into my shin, make a big indent, then watch it very slowly fill itself in again. Apart from that affecting my calves downwards, I felt OK today. Found a pair of shoes that didn't irritate my blisters and could happily jog around a bit at work. Feel still feeling slightly abused, but not really sore as such.

Feet pretty tender today. Feeling a lit better by the end of the day, but any time I sit for too long, or have to stand still, things start to feel pretty bad again.
