Couldn't keep my HR down for my test run. Since I took the day off and my HRV was in good shape, I thought I would have a good run in shoes today. But, my HR was sensitive and I was pretty slow, more of a plateau rather than regression at this point...my lately exhaustion (my wife's words) probably haven't helped and is coming out in my test time. But I have also had to drop back my training due to feeling like crap and not having any energy. Begin T therapy today, so we'll see if that helps...
