Conditioning (Bill Yeck Park) 53:00 [3] 4.0 mi (13:15 / mi)
slept:7.0 weight:181lbs shoes: Merrell Trail Glove (gold)

Started barefoot and immediately felt Raynauds coming on in my left foot, even after trying my new Merrell Trail Gloves I kept the numbness most of the run. Since the wind chill was in the 30's and the trail was wet in places I may have to wear socks also below 40 degrees.

I liked the new trail glove although a little floppy in the toe box, feeling a bit too big after wet. I hope they shrink a bit after they are abused some, since I am not sure I could actually run in smaller size. I actually think they might make a decent orienteering shoe in all but the muddiest conditions.

I little less ground feel than the Vibram KSO Trek's, but the toes in the Treks were getting to be a bit of a pain. So far, this seems to be the best solution for a zero drop running shoe...God knows I have spent enough money lately trying to find the right solution...
