Still tired and sore, I am simply not recovering well this week. I think I just have too much going on...welcome to my life! I really do not think I have the energy to get in any real hard workouts, so I hope I can get in enough activities to keep my AT a decent level.

DOMS...I ran two miles to warm up hoping for relief, but to no avail. I bailed after 2 miles, even though I planned more miles, especially if I end up running sprints Thursday and the MVOC event Saturday. I ran with Heidi, and she continued on but she won't run tomorrow. I will try again tomorrow, and try to loosen up before Saturday.

Conditioning (Utica/Hathaway) 1:01:45 [3] 10.51 km (5:53 / km) +131ft 5:46 / km
ahr:123 max:133 slept:9.0 weight:184lbs shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 12

Weighed 184 lb. before my run, 180 lb. after my run. This probably typical for an hour run, but possibly a lot for some people. I actually felt better today than yesterday...especially for being on the roads two days in a row.

Conditioning (Hathaway/Utica) 1:02:45 [3] 10.27 km (6:07 / km) +82ft 6:02 / km
slept:6.0 weight:184lbs shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 12

Very tired and stressed on Father's Day, but I only wanted to run. The run was very hot, and I was somewhat sore and slow today. A lack of sleep may be a contributor, plus a dozen irons in the fire!

Weightlifting (Home) 25:00 [3]
slept:6.0

Scrimmage all day and a picnic in the evening; no time to run...disappointing!
