Distance is GPS distance, not actual race distance. Decent weather, no major errors, just not tight enough on the controls...fine orienteering again, but I do feel like I am continuing to improve. Physical ability is it's own limiting factor...

Field checking McFarlan and vetting control locations, flagging. I ran as much as possible to get a feel for the courses, etc...a great day as far as weather was concerned.

Sore from two days of barefoot running and 3 days of road running, and 50k of mileage. I have a touchy throat and sick kids at home...all to say today is a rest day, but I still feel guilty!
