hittin up all the classic trails in the pines.
dropped my seatpost for the descents for the first time on this bike, and it was so much fun i'm considering getting a remote adjustable seatpost for it...
running warm up/down 31:00 [3] 5.6 km (5:32 / km) shoes: nike pegasus
running hills 15:00 [5] 3.0 km (5:00 / km) shoes: x-talon 190
distance just to keep the books happy.
10(40second hill) with 1 minute jog down. ran the same distance each time so some were under 40seconds.
ran this same hill the week before i went to JWOC but that time i did 14 efforts. i recon it felt harder reading back on my log. that same week in June (nearly exactly 6 months ago) i did 400's on a grass track and was doing 69's, nowadays im doing 400's on tartan in 64! way fitter now.

joggin loop. calves and tendons felt good after yesterday, but glutes, groins and hamstrings were sore. blaming the high speeds for the soreness, and crediting my hot/cold shower and skins for pain free calves and Achilles area.
