indoor track training in boston with the guys from cambridge sports union. good runners here... we did 400/600/800/1200/1200/800/600/400 with around 3min breaks. pace 66/70/70/72/73/72/72/71 (in sec/400m). was not able to increase speed in the end. good training. plus warm-up jogging and stretching
