Brrrr - chilly day but a nice course, nice park, great day to be outdoors. For some reason when I was going from 4 to 5 I placed my compass on 6 - 7 and ended up going in the wrong direction. I figured it out before long but I sure couldn't figure out what I did and why I would do that - oh well. Stream crossings were 'interesting' and some of the little frozen puddles weren't all the way frozen :) Still a good day orienteering!

OK so my trainer, Nick, told me to do a spinning class on Fridays. I think he is trying to kill me. I should have known when I walked in and saw no fat people like me. Wow what a workout - I sure hope this is doing something good.
