The following day was scheduled to run the Pittsburgh Marathon, and I had concerns of overachieving here, so decided to play a conservative game and not exert too much, sticking to trails, easy open woods. Not knowing the terrain, wasn't sure what to expect.

Traveled north first, and got all the controls that were greater than 39 points. At exactly the half-way time mark, crossed the major road and ventured into the southern half. Either the terrain was more difficult, or I was more tired, but covered less distance in the last 3 hours. Got particularly bogged down in trying to find 85 and 86.

At the end, it was a quick run downhill and then horizontal to reach the finish. Happy of how things went.
