Orienteering race 51:07 [3] 3.5 mi (14:36 / mi)

WCOC middle, Cache Lake. M45.
So M45 was billed as 2.2km. I didn't fly half way round the planet to run 2.2km. I switched to M35.
#1 involved running down the track and dropping into a depression beside it.
Couldn't, faffed around for a cope of minutes, out, back, then finally fell into it.
After that, it was tough to stay on line, with low-viz despite the big features, and a couple more sizeable errors occured. Having lost about 10 mins total, it was a surprise to win :)

Orienteering 30:00 [2] 2.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Training area. Kelleys bathtub. rough and tough

Running 40:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Today I found the XC ski trails at the back of Holderness, and some really nice trail running options. Probably it would make a nice O-area, the woods are a tad thick at this time of year, but its fairly clean underfoot.

Running 52:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:40 / mi)

Hot hilly road run from Holderness school Mt Prospect, Smith & Sargent. Woods looked nice throughout, but nary a track did I escry. Probably get shot if I tried.
