Hanging out tapes for coaching exercise. Goatfarm is one ever changing area that is frustrating for training exercises.

Good solid run i my behalf today. Executed CARE on all but one control. Tricky set an enjoyable and challenging course.

Nice ride home after the run at UWA. Managed to palm off my bag to Shanel who kindly offered to drop it off at my place after Dad decided to run into an overhead staircase and split his head open.

Back felt reasonably fine considering 2 days over 50kms of riding each,

Got up early to squeeze in a 2 hour ride. First part of the ride felt really good and comfortable and then i hit south perth where the southerly hit me and it was a hard slog back to Roe Hwy.

Couple of laps around the lake this afternoon with he strong south wester blowing. Made the half laps difficult on the east side.

2km row TT 7.46min. Not bad considering the run i had only done an hour before. Session was tough this evening due to the effort before weigh in.
