Kristy the personal trainer was keen for me to join the biggest loser bunch for some motivational training?? did a 20 min jog beforehand ont ehtreadmil to prepare my legs for the session. 1hr pure cardio session, just what i needed after this morning ouch. after 15min on the spin bikes i was ready to do 50m breaststroke in the pool i had created below me. Looking around no-one else had anything near close to what i had sweated out. Heap of other stuff and by the end of the session i was soaked from head to toe. i managed to drink 3 of my water bottles through the 1 and half hour set and yet was still a kilo lighter. Insane!
