Struggled to find one control but that was due to sitting on map whilst paddling. All the rest were fine. Easterly tough but good on the way back!!

Someone forgot to tell me there was a 6 foot high fence with 2 strands of wire to climb to complete the course!! Good run with a bit of suburbia, fields, marshes and great scenery.

Nice paddle this morning as there was pretty much no wind. Some eye candy out rowing and one on what u could only describe as a big fat esky lid.

Definately sore from last nights gym set and i felt slightly uncomfortable sitting but not enough to really annoy me.

good ride in this morning. Slight tailwind and good motivation meant i rode in on a near new record i suspect. Knee feeling good as well as my coc and sick

nice ride into work this moring. No major issues with any of my injuries and a slight tailwind made it a pleasant ride in.

Decided to make up for a missed gym session tonight by squeezing in a run around the lake this morning. Chucked on my gear and pootled off for a gentle run. Knee felt reasonable which leads me to think the pain experienced of late maybe related to the coccsyx injury. The more i loosen the coccsyx-hip area the less the pain is.

Hit my max hrate trying to make it back to work without dropping a brown snake. Managed to make it with milliseconds to spare and didnt drop my ipod in not like other people i know :-)

No pain in the knee afterwards which i am stoked about.

Looking forward to the cycling tonight in Freo

Good solid ride home with drivers behaving themselves. Warm outside with I think temps being around 37 degrees.
