Medium loop--supposed to be an easy recovery run, but everything hurt the whole way. The back is really messed up and I think it threw everything else off. Glad to be getting a few days of rest coming up.

Hill block loop. Tried to keep the pace up at a reasonable, sustainable level. Back is pretty sore--I think I threw it out on Sunday at the Fatlands training.

Training by Sandy at Fatlands. Sprint temps, which led to lots of mud and slippery wet ice in the shadows. Pretty good navigation and felt Ok over the short distance. Back a bit sore when I finished, though (I think because of a number of near face-plants).
