started easy, no rush, long day. battled with Clem early and then again about 1.5 hours in. on pace to clear the first map in 3 hours, but then legs started to cramp. at 2.5 hours it was over - standing in a thicket, cramping in both legs was keeping me from moving anywhere. struggled to stand up, but doing anything else would have made it worse. in about 10 minutes I was recovered enough to walk to the finish via 2 more cps. punched 80pt on map B and called it a day.
just as well, I got some things done around the house with the 3 extra hours I had.
reviewed the splits: had Clem by 25 minutes at flag 45. at least I can take away something good from the day.
