Jog from home to quad to join husky running club for the monday run

Run the small interlaken loop...using the interlaken blvd most of the way....go thru university bridge, back through arboretum
tried pushing several times...could possibly make a faster run
pushed the last leg running up to the quad
heart wasnt that strong

approx. 3 min stuck in intersections...incl. in total time

poison oak rashes are appearing on my hands and legs...and are getting a bit annoying....><

incl. avoiding ppl....
slower first 10...with like 2 min per lap...then progressively increased to 1'45/lap....and 1'50 for the last 10 laps....
lung was still pretty weak....

Had some bad route choices still...and wasn't too absorbed into the map...physically, I couldn't focus on the map too much either....

LSD run from home down to stone way via burke-gilman, then up to green lake for 1 loop around green lake, and return via greek row to the quad

not strong at all...breathing was troubling...needs more conditioning

got 3-5 minutes stuck at the traffic light...

paced myself while going around green lake....
1640 double-strides for 3.2miles/5.17km with a time of 22'50"
which means that I go roughly 300m/100strides and 72strides/minute
