Wednesday May 6, 2009 #

Course setting 26:10 [1] 1.84 mi (14:13 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Kahana 2 Aug 2008

Short run around a bit of Webster Park, verifying a couple of control locations. Pace ranged from 9 min/mile when running from point to point, to a much slower pace when paying more attention to things once near the control points.

Running 35:56 [3] 4.25 mi (8:27 / mi)
weight:175.5lbs shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Urban run. Had a 10:30 meeting at St. John's Home, where I work a very small amount of part time hours. Wore my running shorts under pants so I could do a run after the meeting, and check out the Lilac Fest preparations. Ran (roughly) from Highland to South to downtown to Monroe to Goodman and back to Highland. Nice day, didn't warm up as fast as it seemed like it was going to.

Monday May 4, 2009 #

Running 34:26 [2] 4.01 mi (8:35 / mi)
max:140 weight:175lbs shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Hojack Trail run, with Homer. Almost too hot for him, at around 55 degrees. From Klem to Lake and back.

Course setting 25:00 [0] ** 0.9 mi (27:47 / mi)
shoes: Screw shoes Asics Kahana 2 Mar

Hardly worth logging. Streamered six remaining controls, all fairly close to the parking lot near the tennis court road.
