Not exceptionally hot (around 80) but muggy (DP 66) and sunny. Ran 5 min / walked 1 min. From Creek St school, ran Creek, Embury, 5ML, and Plank, then a little more down Creek at the end to get up to 5 miles.
Tennis with Mike S. His first time on the court since his stroke in Feb. 2019 (although he has played a lot of pickleball), and my first time playing since I broke my wrist in 2014, I think it was. As expected, he was much better than me, as he was a very good player up until his stroke, while I was a semi good player in my 20's and 30's but not since then.

Not much pep. It was very muggy, and I had played tennis just before the run. So those are my excuses, and I'm sticking with them.
Run/walk long 1:01:31 [3] 6.02 mi (10:13 / mi) shoes: Hoka Clifton 4
It's sad that a 6 mile run is now "long" by my current standards, but that is indeed the case. My goal was to run for an hour (run/walk actually -- 5 min run/ 1 min walk) and I was successful. Canal path from Lyndon, heading east.

Webster Well Fields. Did a few hill repeats. Once again, the altimeter on my Garmin is FUBAR. I'll have to see if others have similar problems and if there is any fix, short of a new GPS watch.
