Had a good race today with no errors but my lack of physical training definitely showed through in the results. The sprint was a supper fast and navigation was minimal so I suffered pretty bad, but over all I had a good personal race. Just need to get faster. Much much faster. One thing I noticed today was that I'm not quite pushing as hard as I could. When I finish I still have a bit of energy left. When Im out there I feel like Im dead but really I feel like I could go faster.
