f5 sets of 5 laps up and down 28 stairs/set, 30 seconds rest between sets. quads are jello now

did better this day, a bit under 10 min/k. didnt check a code, went back to it just in case, so that was an extra 5.

1 set 30 6-inch leg lifts
2 sets 30+ crunches/cross crunches
25 "1/4 situps"(lying down, thighs straight up, calves parrellell to floor, aiming head towards ceiling)
