Good day at Almaden. I was reluctant to go here because of the steep terrain. It was just as steep as I remember. But i was determined to treat it like a slow hike through the hills. That worked. Had only a minimum of errors, mostly caused by the avoidance of steep hillsides.

Weekly hill interval workout at the neighborhood 90m hill. Felt strong again. Pressed a bit at the end, could not have run much harder. I think that a good goal may be 17sec. Can't see me going any faster. Nice the see the progress in the past 2 months. One thing I noticed is that my stride is getting significantly longer. I am starting to feel like a runner again.
