Running (Street & Trail) 12:28 [4] 2.0 mi (6:14 / mi)
slept:5.5 weight:167.5lbs

A few minutes before midnight, listening to the Close to Me--The Cure and reading AttackPoint I got inspired to go for a run. It seemed like it had been a long time since I ran last and my legs have had a dull ache for a few days. I wasn't sure what to expect and wanted the run to loosen me up. I used to do late runs like this all the time as a short workout instead of just situps. The hills in the area, heat and generally not being in very good shape had me avoiding it. The ground felt good under foot tonight and I cruised over the hills with much less effort. I'm sure this is from the cycling. The cooler 73F air was balanced by the 90% humidity. Two Mile Loop: from Rosedale Ave., Tilsbury St., Sleaford Rd., Kentbury Dr., Chestnut St., N. Chelsea Ln. and Maryland Ave to Rosedale Ave.
