Nasty day, weatherwise. Nor'easter, with ~5 inches rain, wind, temperatures in the 30s.
Went to Five Ponds in Litchfield for a scheduled orienteering meet, but the weather was so bad that for the first time ever, no one showed up (other than Peter Grollman, the course setter, George and Lyn, and myself). By the time I got there, they had given up on anyone showring up, and George and Lyn were doing control pickup.
I did a brief run, visited some control locations, and generally did a bit of practice map reading.
