Overall, a very strong race. I cut in too early on 8 and wasted a few minutes but eventually recovered well. I'm not the strongest runner so the long running legs definitely hurt me.
Started off the race by overshooting the 1st control which made me lose some confidence. Everything went well until 5 when I was looking on the wrong spur. I was also too low. I also messed up on 7 when I went too low.
Fun sprint that I did a lot better on than I thought I would. I didn't realize you could go through the buildings in the north part of the map which led to a lot of added time by going all the way around.
Everyone was exhausted from the Klahaya meet so we got in late and didn't do much at practice. We finished practice with sharks and minnows for 10 minutes.

This is the last practice before the championship meet so it was really relaxed. Lots of short, easier sets.
Lots of relay starts and turns so we can swim fast tonight against Klahaya!

Spiro's Cup against Klahaya! Innis Arden has a longstanding rivalry with Klahaya and the meet is always super close. We haven't won since 2017 so this meet will be big. I swam the medley relay (breast), 100 IM, 100 free, and 50 breast. The score was super close and we won by 21 points!
