Ran down to the Shea area, and did 2 x 1200m intervals (well, 4min's at speed) going around the block at Shea/softball field. Started on a third one, but lost all motivation after about a minute, and stopped and jogged back.
Ran after lunch on a beautiful afternoon--down Flirtie, taking the upper trail to avoid all the sun-bathers, then up past Ft. Putnam, and then into the Firstie lots, doing a bit of blitzmapping.
