29:00 to (almost) Twin Angels. Left myself an extra 2:00 for the return trip.

Weird training. Tried to go to the gym - it was closed. Then tried to go to track, but it was closed.

Finally, got to the athletic fields by the train tracks and did running on grass with 15 minutes at 4 intensity in the middle then 5 x 30 secs. on 30 secs off to finish.
