Good effort; I suppose the result was decent.
"Large" navigational problems at 1 and 3 but then started to focus. Overall, mental intensity good, physical intensity OK. It's tough to keep pushing at that place because it tends to push back. But training more would help.

Personal PR pace for 30 minutes and probably PR for 20.
Didn't intend to go out hard but on the new machine, it's hard not to.
