Finish Controller for K race at Panorama
Knee did not feel good at all.

shoes: Skates Skis

Panorama Hill
Cross country area did not have trails groomed for skating. Went and skated up downhill ski area - whew! Could only do about 1min uphill before taking a rest. Became a interval workout with 1min on 1min getting the heart rate down again. Knee was not happy on the way down - skiing ice with cross country skiis is not pleasant.

Out Jeldness and then Tramway. 4" of new snow so skating was particulary difficult.
