XC Skiing 54:27 [3] 7.0 mi (7:47 / mi)

Hemlock Loop. Some new snow 1-2" with Gibbards not groomed and sinking in at Meadow. Weird weather with fog (5-6 ft of visibility) at Torresons and sun at the trail head. Eerie! All the way up Boomer with no Anerobic stop. Noticed crash with impact crater and blood pools on Hemlock - everybody allright just a split lip when I checked in at trailhead.
Boomer 18:42
Torresons 32:52
Pipeline Jct. 47:02
Finish 54:27

Running 44:28 [2] 8.0 mi (5:33 / mi)

Another 6" of fluffy stuff last night. Red was a madhouse with everyone going out to get their "freshie". Dropped the kids off at the mountain and went to the Centennial trail head. Larry's Loop was nice - Miner's not packed from previous 3 storms so I abandoned after 100m. Down Centre Star to Musuem and then bact to Centennial. Nice run with sun coming out the last 10 minutes.
Miner's 20:21
Finish 44:28

Shovel Snow 25:00 [3]

Yet again showshovelling. Another 6" last night. Upper body is getting tired.
