Hickory Run Rocks.
Middle distance on 'Shades of Death' map.

Reasonably good run. Lost about 3 minutes on 4 when I drifted left (on a line toward 5). Stopped when pace count ran out, then north to steeper area and back to the control. No other major problems. Took the road from 10 to 11 and from 13 to 14.

Hat, gloves, long sleeve shirt and shorts.
Super day. It would have been fun to run hard. I need to get into shape.

Had to skip part of the neck machine because of the swelling on the right cheek from the recent bone graft procedure.
