An easy first control got me off to a good start. Did reasonably well through the sixth. Fell apart on 7. Took the wrong stream and when things didn't look right, panicked. First attempt to relocate was no good, the second OK. By the time I got there I'd lost 15 to 20 minutes. The rest was without problem.

The biggest errors were on #1 where I drifted left and #3 where I stopped short. Each costing about 5 minutes. Otherwise OK.

Beautiful day. Lots of sun and no wind. A little chilly, wore gloves.
Knee test. Not perfect, but improving.

Cross Training 1: 60 minutes at level 14.
Manual: 20 minutes at level 12.

Way too long.
