was a lil weird and broken up because my knee hurt on the way down. ended up being 7 x 1' 3x 40' and 3x 2' with walking recovery

A couple of drills. Kept HR low. Tried to make progress with getting rid of the lazy leg during DP - made some. Thought about keeping a flat ski when gliding - didn't work so well on the bumpy Seat road.

Went for a chill ski round the seat with Sarah until she had to leave. Then, tried to do some DP speeds. Got distracted by a pheasant. Stacked it.

Excitement of the Day: The Arthur's Seat otter has found a mate/friend.

Added some cheeky plyos at the end of the sesh - regrets. Hit my head really hard on the bar. That's all I remember.

Went back to KF intervals. Couldn't really innervate legs all that well, so got dropped like a hot potato.
