Inward foot exercises for PT. Haven't logged these before, but have been pretty good about doing them each day, just not the full 4 minutes per side I'm supposed to do.

+ 25 s each side of that leg-lifty yoga pose

Way too much abs, not enough anything else. And not relaxing. Felt like a bit of a waste of time. But I did stretch my hams a ton!
