at the Y in BD, w/ the crazy lady :)

anyway, this cc ski work some muscles, but almost none of the once the BP works out..cause i could barely lift anything. The only thing that went easy was the squats... so maybe I'll try ot incorporate this once a week...

Snowing beautifully. I realized only the east side trails have been groomed so there's a 1.8 loop, which I did twice, and a 1.3 loop, once. Very perty!

NEED TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY TO HAVE THE TRAILS GROOMED NEXT YEAR!!

this park is only 25 min away...so best choice so far...
