up north, so I made it all the pioneer road, yes! I know the speed is nowhere there, but the idea of coevring the distance just pumped me up. I felt pretty good, did stop several times, checked out a big herd of deer, geese flocks, airplanes and such... overall, a good time.

I plan to take at least 2 days off from running so I don;t end up where i started. looking forward to get back in shape.

Up north. To get oiled up the moving parts, given I don't quite remember last time I ran. My back and gluts were either sore from not quite expcting this now new activity to them, or from body pump, or ...were just simply frozen. Who knows. Need to get better head and torso gear, i was quite frozen out there. yeah, winter is here, the river was frozen!!

i thouroughly enjoyed running on a dry trail, as who knows, it may be 5 months till next time. Snow is upon us, as i heard. Which is cool from Christmas.
