tested greg'd road bike for the next race. whoo, it flies!

to do:
1) padded shorts (and gloves): a MUST!
2) install clips
3) move seat back a bit and downwards

Tried for 7 miles (and succeded ;) but took a bit of will power, as my legs felt a lot like 2 bags of sand from the workout last night. Not sure on the time as i didn't take a watch with me. I had to walk parts of it, and one things that kept me going was the COLD! We might not have been hit like outwest, but summer is for sure over. Pie time.

added extra weight during squats, as i didn;t feel quite challenged last time. well, i was now for sure. i was alos feeling very tired and not too much energy so made everything kinda hard to complete.

watched zumba after, hilarious!

Up north and down south by my house.

Slow jog, then I saw another runner coming the other way at my turnaround point so i tried to keep up. So I was out of breath after one mile, and slow down after that.

I wish we had little O trainings locally here, on the weekend and during the week...
