Yellow course - "training" session. Icy, (ice + 2" water on top, the best!)

Up north - solo

temps were 50s, and had to cancel ski, but way too awesome to pass up on some good run. the trail was quite frozen and slippery the first 1.5mile. Legs a bit sore (calves).

I am feeling so happy I was able to run 10 miles!! Oh, yeah!
