Excelent sleep last night. Beat up from the weed wacking, so no trainin yesterday. Big flood, the river is way high today, it looks pretty but scary..

Runnin: very, very humid (95%?, next level up is swimming!), and argh...my energy level went down a bit!! So, I was fighting it, but I would sprint a bit then I had to walk. Then, my imgaination must ave gone weird, cause I think I tasted blood...it was just for a little while. Still alive and kickin, thou!!

The one thing thet also kept me moving was mosquitos, as I am very smart and didn't even think to use off spray. The paved trail was about the only thing above water level.

Setup:
Weighted Bar = 4.4 Lbs L = 5Kg M = 2.5Kg S = 1Kg

July 20:
Squats = 2 x (L + S)
Chest = 2 x L
Back = 2 x (L + S)
Tricep = 2 x M = [cannot really feel the workout but any higher and it hurts my elbows)
Bcep = 2 x (M + S)
Shoulder = 2 x (M + S) = [very tough!!] and the 5lbs dumbells

Today:
Squats = 2 x (L + S) - could go higher
Chest = 2 x (L + S) - tough, but doable
Back = 2 x (L + S) - tough, but doable
Tricep = 2 x (M + S) - felt a bit adventurouse here, but it worked. Still wandering if I'm doing them right, as triceps don't hurt
Bcep = 2 x (M + S)
Shoulder = 2 x M and the 5lbs dumbells

Ate Crispy Creams (Oreo Blizzard) 10:00 [5]

Woke up 2lbs lighter, so to make sure things don't get out of control, got myself a nice oreo blizzard!
