Running (Paved trail) 30:00 [3]

Same paved trail going north, solo, early in the morning. I tried to run on the grass / gravel next to the path wherever possible, so no pain after/during.

I didn't get a chance to eat before hand, so energy level very, very low. But I was still happy to do it after all the junk food I ate yesterday.

I actually got up and made it way on time to run w/ the ultra runners! Steve didn't make it, even if he's an early bird. Those guys are so much fun! We went up to the tower and checked out the awesome view, bright clear sky! They make a point of actually having fun while training, enjoying themselves not just cranking it to the max. They went for whetever more miles after we finished the black loop, but I figure 7 miles was OK for me for today. LOVED IT!

I did a smart move and cleared the memory on the HR monitor, so no clue what my deal was today.

Resting as I'm planning to run w/ the ultra guys tomorrow morning...that is if I can get up at 5:30am....

Not injured...Not sick...do I love it when I don't have to check those boxes!

Today I got a good workout, maintained same weigths, except for tricep, which were kinda in pain. I couln't really complete all exercises, but I'm sure I could in time.

Ears are completely recovered, as far as I can tell, and I din't take either zyrtek or sudafed today! Yey!!

Running (Treadmill) 30:00 [3]

Treadmill at the Y. I felt pretty good, but boredome took over after 30min. The weather was not very good for outdoor activity (hot and humid).

Increased the weights w/ 1Kg on each side. And it was tough. And now I'm beat. I couldn't realy complete all exercises to the end. Plus this instructor..they don't come more boring than this, so I may switch to monday/wednesday.

And w/ that said, good workout overall, my ears were a bit annoying, but I managed.

Middle ears again! Last time it was May 7-9. This time I hit it hard right away w/ zyrtec and sudafed, and I'll see if that does anything.
