So, as long as I was at the Y, I thought I should crank the bike a bit as well. Well, that didn't go to well, either, my knees were getting tired fast. And then the music they were playing became so unbearable, I had to leave...next time I'll bring headphones! Otherwise, I did get sweaty and tired, so accomplished something.
I wander if I'm still tired from Sunday, I really should not have gotten tired so fast...
