Today I went for a massage instead of training! Somehow that's gotta count!

added some weights to arm exercises, worked OK for triceps, but biceps just did not want to work tonight!

So, as long as I was at the Y, I thought I should crank the bike a bit as well. Well, that didn't go to well, either, my knees were getting tired fast. And then the music they were playing became so unbearable, I had to leave...next time I'll bring headphones! Otherwise, I did get sweaty and tired, so accomplished something.
I wander if I'm still tired from Sunday, I really should not have gotten tired so fast...
