I really cranked the weights today, I actually got a cramp in my right arm during bicep curl. I think I'll sit at this level for at least a week..Oh, and my car broke down on the way back. So it made for a nice afternoon spent in the cold misty rain while Dave replaced the front brakes. Beats work any day!!

I increased the weights again...and I bet I can go even higher..am i proud of myself or what! I think I'm up to 10Kg (5 and 5) for some tracks. I'll record that at some point for tracking.

I wanted to get some running after Body Pump, but I realized I was going to be late for work, and my strengths clothing is not best for running either.
